The artwork you upload must be your own.
All work you submit must be owned and created by you. Any acts of plagiarism may result in a permanent ban of the uploader.
As submissions are likely to be displayed in streets and other public spaces, nudity and extremely graphic depictions may result in artwork not being approved.
The Space Project by MakeRoom aims to show creators’ work in public places, and must therefore respect public display laws. While we understand that nudity and extremely graphic depictions can be a component of art, we cannot show them on our platform because of these laws.
No hate speech or hateful depictions
We want to build an inclusive space for artists. As such, The Space Project by MakeRoom will not tolerate any sort of hate speech. This includes, but is not limited to: Racism, Anti-black racism, Sexism, Misogyny, Homophobia, Islamophobia, Transphobia,, and Bigotry. Any hate speech submitted to our web application will result in a permanent ban of the uploader.
MakeRoom will not take ownership over your artwork or accept any related legal liabilities.
By making a submission, you give us the rights to display your artwork. However, all artwork submitted and legal responsibilities towards the artwork will remain your own.
